Job profile- 

Taking quotations from the vendor, making technical and commercial comparative as per available budget requirement. 

Making comparison of user requirement and available source and clear all technical regarding user requirement with supplier. 

Taking approval from the higher management and finalization of the supplier. 

Providing formal purchase order to supplier and clearing all commercial activities with account department such like providing 

all related document for payment of supplier (payment request in system, approval, supplier account detail etc.) 

Follow up with supplier for timely delivery. 

Arrangement of timely installation and commissioning of machinery hand over to the users. 

To prepare weekly meeting data. 

Make supplier Performance rating and distribute to supplier on monthly basis. 

Maintain all Quality system Process and also IATF16949:2016 related Documents. 

Maintain all Supply Chain 

Looking all over BOP parts (Sheet metal, tubular, rubber component) procurement. For the daily production. 

Providing Schedule to all suppliers as per tentative production plan. 

Looking all NPD Activity(Send RFQ to supplier and take quotation, Take TPR from supplier side, Make 4P Sheet) 

Follow up with supplier for timely delivery of material and providing next three days fixed production plan on daily basis. 

Covering daily shortage of material. 

Vendor development for alternate sourcing, user requirement and cost effectiveness. 

Looking all over job work outsourcing activities. (Machining, hardening, transportation etc.
