Interface with the engineering team to priorities supplier development need by component to improve cost competitiveness or supply constraints.

Issue delivery schedule to every supplier before 26th.

Issue supplier rating on monthly basis.  

Knowledge of PPAP, CAPA & FMEA.

Scouring of raw material or material planning according to product BOM. Before   production planning.

Arrange the Tooling, jig fixture and machine spare according to BOM before issue loading plan to production department.

To Ensure the schedule Vs Supply on weekly and daily basis.

Arrange required material in machine shop as soon as possible.

Knowledge of issue loading plan to production department according to customer requirements.

Knowledge of IATF documentation.

Knowledge of store function.

Knowledge of LIFO FIFO methods. 

Experience in working on ERP and SAP.

To Co-ordinate with shift supervisor and to take necessary steps to maintain the good working environment in the company.
