Daily reporting to Manufacturing head for review the status of machine availability and maintenance activities.

PM Plan preparation.

Daily maintenance activities

Weekly maintenance activities

Preventive maintenance and checklist record.

Predictive maintenance to avoid the future breakdowns.

Maintenance of RO plant and water testing.

Utility maintenance.

Breakdown handling, root cause analysis and corrective action.

Documentation work like Machine History card, breakdown slip, Check lists for the future references and traceability.

Monthly machine health check-up and planning for the required action. 

Spare parts management to ensure the inventory level.

Daily and weekly review of physical inventory.

Interaction with suppliers and service engineers for maintenance activities.

Improvement work to run the machine and mould in fully automation.

Maintenance according to GMP rules.

To complete the goal of minimum one Kaizen in a month.

Responsible for 5?S? in working area and surroundings.

To control power consumption , point out wastage 

Manpower handling.

 To find / develop suitable vendor for critical / imported parts and Make substitution of imported items with suitable indigenous parts.
