Job profile- 

Fully responsible for raw material planning for BOP parts supply and ensuring availability of materials as per production schedule.

Fully responsible for Demand & Supply Planning, Master Scheduling,BOP planning, man power management,MIS,monthly schedule,raw material planning .

Co-ordination for Monthly inventory activity and compile the data from all areas.

Ensure planning & distribution of stocks to vendors and customer.

Control costs & inventory and also minimize unnecessary stocks; preform research, evaluate and recommend solutions to inventory issues.

Review demand forecasts with the sales & marketing team.

Ensure inventory controlling & stock parameter optimization.

Follow the schedule trends of all vendors and customer and prepare advance plans for inventory, Man power and RM/BOP Stocks.

Management of  ERP & Inventory Tools and making purchase order.

Production Scheduling, Material Planning, Master Scheduling.

BOP and Part reconciliation and take immediate actions against variances, if any in consultation with HOD and section in-charges.

Prepare monthly?PPC- MIS presentation.

Prepare data for DWM ,Management data , Board data and Plant Gemba meetings and discuss there on.

Tracking of Raw material, B.O.P. Items, In house machined parts .

Work on,ms excel , ERP, Material planning, Scheduling, Cost reduction, Supply chain solutions, Supplier selection, Procurement, Supply chain,Supplier Delivery, Supplier management, Inventory management, Vendor Rating, Planning, Supplier Audit VA/VE Proposals and Kaizen.

Responsible for PO and Ringi making.
