JOB Profile: 

To prepare inspection standard, control plans & Quality Plans. 

To give proper training of workers about trouble shooting, Safety, Quality and other activities. 

Review Quality inspection at incoming, in process & final stage. 

To control break down rejection. 

To keep all moulds in good working condition maintaining all defect in mould history card to prevent mould breakdown. 

To do daily rejection analysis of molded component and make countermeasure. 

To review ISO document and keep the record. 

To check m/c parameter & quality of product 

Manpower handling on shop floor. 

To maintained calibration schedule.
