Operations

ERW tube production (MS: SS: AL cut).

In process & online inspection &testing of Tubes.  

To prepare the test certificate of dispatch material.

Pre dispatch inspection as per schedule of dispatch plan and production plan.  

Handling all testing equipments like Hardness Tester (Rockwell &Vickers?s), Eric she Cupping Value Tester, Tensile Testing (UTE-40) & Gauge setting.

Handling the microscope & policing mach for checking the bead flow of tube.

Maintaining all documents as per ISO requirements.

Ensure proper Housekeeping, Kaizen & 5S.

Maintaining P P A P documents related to new developments.(Quality system) 

Handling the Customer complaints & raising the corrective & Preventive action.



Responsibilities



Maintaining work process instruction & records as per ISO 9001; 2000.

We know how to produce maximum production with minimum scrap percentage & required optimum quality. 

I am making these types of tubes are ROUND, SECTION & OVAL and working FC system.

Testing the performance and reliability for automobile tube and tubular components ( Incl. Mechanical properties).

Imparting continuous on job training to the workforce for enhancing their productivity & operational efficiencies.

Handling the calibration of inspection, measuring & test equipment and their inspection to minimize errors & bugs.

Working in ERP system.

Man power planning & handling.

Attend specification meeting with customer for new product development & save clarification is there, get it   clear from customer.

To coordinate with all the down line persons & reporting to the undersigned.

Tube mill roll maintenance and development of new size.

Handling the microscope & polishing match for checking the bead flow of tubes.

Ensure proper Housekeeping, Kaizen & 5S.

Solving technical problem, breakdown maintenance.
