Job profile- 

1. Handling manpower of all production department.

2. Responsibility of proper machine start up and stop.

3. Maintain RM inventory and schedule panning for 24 hr. on machine as per material available.

4. Detect problem of all electrical and mechanical parts of machine and solve it with help of

maintenance department.

5. Schedule preventive maintenance with help of Maintenance department

6. Solve all problem of machine in running condition reduce breakdown and run plant smoothly

with good quality product.

7. Assigning checking parameters for finished products and raw materials.

8. Issuing Conformity Slip/deviation note/Non conformity Slip for Finished products and Raw

materials.

9. Implementation and improvement of quality systems in production department.

10. Implementation of 5 s, Kaizen techniques in production.

11. Analysis of customer complaint visiting customer side for analysis of complaint and circulation 

 of feedback to customer and within organization.

12. Ensuring systematic work approach.
