? Conduct First piece & patrol inspection.

? Handling Customer complaints.

? Taken Corrective & preventive actions on Inward, In-process & final inspection.

? Prepare monthly rejection report & ISO standard documents, AS per company requirement.

? Responsible for Inward, In-process & Final inspection & maintained the record.

? Assisting in ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance audit. 

? Achieve production targets and operational efficiencies based on planning schedule.

? Ensuring availability of Instruments, Press tools, tools, Jigs and Fixtures required for all stages of manufacturing process. 

? Maintenance 5S activities, Discipline, any abnormal issue in the production shop floor.

? Learning basics of production department activities.

? Achieve production targets without compromise in companies Quality std.
