Job profile- 

Troubleshoot and adjust moulding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output.

Lead a small team of people in execution of daily production tasks,work scheduling,training,maintenance and in continuous improvement.

Perform problem-solving to develop corrective action for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement.

Coordinate tooling and equipment availability,repair and maintenance.

Project planning for various activities.

Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment with in moulding department.

Respond to problems by performing corrective technical or mechanical solutions.

Responsible for production ,product quality and quantity.

Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to company policies,safety standards,and good housekeeping practices.

Coordinate with outside vendors regarding maintenance and repair for tooling and equipment.

Implement and manage all maintenance functions,including but not limited to preventive,corrective and emergency maintenance on all injection moulding  equipment, Ensuring re-inspection of reworked material before releasing for further processing.

6S & Kaizen activities for continual improvement.

Review of customer complaints; implement CAPA with RCA to minimize the customer complaints.



TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Having exposure of Plastics Processing with Injection Molding in high technology environment with different types of equipment?s (machines, moulds, raw material conveying system and tools)& Materials.

MACHINE & TOOLS HANDLING:-Injection Molding Machine Hydraulic & All Electric up to 680 Tons (TOYO, TOSHIBA, JSW,& others), HRTC, Chiller, Insert molding, Single and multi-cavities(up to 16 cavities) moulds. 

Knowledge Lean manufacturing,7QC Tool ,8D,6Sigma , 8 wastage, etc

Like to have key responsibilities and play a lead role among the team members.
