Designing of product as per standard/customer requirement.

Independently Designed Forge Drawing and Die Drawing.

Preparing the model in Solid-works for CAM process.

Check and approve drawing as per standard before issuing.

Carry out various calculation required for designing as Machining weight, Forging weight and Cut weight for marketing purpose. 

Measure and prepared all maintenance drawing as per part dimensions.

To maintain record all engineering drawings. 

Having good knowledge of AutoCAD(working on 2D & 3D), Solidworks (working on part design, modelling and sheet metal).

Having good knowledge of mechanical and chemical properties of SS materials (304,  304L, 316L, 316Ti, 321).

Having good knowledge of Standards like DIN EN 1092-1 and ASME B16.5, B16.48 & B16.9.
