Job Responsibilities:

Maintenance Management:

Daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of Machinery and equipment.

Planned preventive maintenance program-me and reduces percentage of unplanned maintenance.

Track breakdowns, Analysis of root cause and to Increase MTBF and Reduce MTTR and deploys horizontally. 

To understand the scheduled of production for PM and to ensure critical spares properly for the same.

Reduces spend on Maintenance material & Resources and manage expenditure TPM Execution:

Basics of TPM and its pillers.

Ability to understand requirement of TPM methodology.

Understand the relationship between specific causes and abnormalities.

Focused improvement in Planned maintenance and KAIZEN teams in own area/Department and plant.
