Job Profile: 

? Generation of maximum profitability & ensure getting full production levels simultaneously performing safety, quality. 

? Trial of new molds as well as bottles and Jars

? SHIFT handling.

? Manpower handling.

? Solve quality issues. 

? Take part in mould maintenance and solving machine problems. 

? Ensure preventive and schedule maintenance done ascending weakly /monthly/annually in co-ordinate with production and maintenance team. 

? Root cause analysis for critical breakdown.

? Material management, making reconciliation report. 

? Making audit/ visit successful & documenting preparation like ISO, Customer Audit/visit etc. 

? Reporting to Sr. Manager Tech/ Unit Head.
