Manpower and shift Handling 

Training to packing worker about the quality product as per customer requirement 

Cost reduction (Packing change develop new technique of packing) 

Prepare new documents for the process parameter for the critical products 

Modified the conditioning Core and pot as per product for easy process with coordination with Mould room dept 

Reduction cycle time with in the standards for many Products for increasing the total productions 

Maintain Daily Production reports with Raw material consumptions. 

Reporting to the DGM about daily total production including rejection with reason
