Job profile- 

Responsible for ensuring your machine is functioning properly and producing quality material.

Responsible for all types sleeving, capping, labeling printing and wadding machines.

Disassembling, assembling packaging and related equipment.

Cleaning and preparing equipment for packaging.

Packing finished product in accordance with prescribed packaging procedures.

Checking to ensure packaging/containers are damage free.

Following all Company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP&CGMP).

Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

Prepare & analysis the shift gradation report.

Maintained all necessary quality records and documents.

Ensure that the system is followed without any deviation and give feedback on non Conformance to concerned departments as early as possible to minimize the rejection level.

To work for customer complaints redress them and bring about required modification in the process to avoid further complaint.

Maintaining the ISO standards and procedures.

Data Integrity as per ALCOA+ principles.

Monitoring of KPI'S.
