Monitor temperatures on all machinery including setup startup, &color changes. Change overs to customer specifications. Hourly quality control checks using micrometers and tape measure. Color checks to assure color is consistent. Prepare maintain and handle tools and equipment used for production procedures. Monitor the equipment to ensure material and parts are sufficiently available. inspect and ensure finish products meet the quality control specifications.
