Management of current production.

Exact  documentation  of  all  relevant  production  data  to  guarantee  a  successful information exchange at the shift change over?.

Expertise in plastic mould and plastic granule (PP, PE, ABS ,PS, POM, NYLON, PC ,PVC ) process and mechanism .

Arrangement of raw material as per production plan.

Making daily production report which includes total  good  production, Rejection and Raw material 

To control and minimize Rejection by rectifying mold problem, m/c problem and by trouble shooting Of processing 

A good experience in injection molding machine and plastics material. 

Upkeep of Injection molding department & machinery area. 

Implementation & verification of 5?s and  KAIZEN. 

Daily rejection analyses and taking corrective action. 

Control process rejection and improvement of product quality.

Total documents above maintained injection molding.

knowledge of QAD and back-flash and SAP. 



Supervision of department?

Organization of direct and indirect materials (Such as raw material , regrind, master batches, packaging and pallets etc) .

Ensure that all designated areas are always kept clean and hazard free.?

Ensure availability and monitoring of production data.
