COMPANY PROFILE: 

The company manufactures automotive plastics components catering mainly to the needs of leading manufacturers of 2 wheelers in India.  Company also manufactures some of the electronic equipments. Some of the main customers are APC (American Power Conservation), TVS Motors (hosur), DENSO Kirlosker, FORD, HARITA SEATING SYSTEMS, TATA TOYO, and ASHOK LEYLAND ETC. 

Nature of work: 

Related to tooling that is manufacturing of high precision injection moulds, and gauges used in mass production. The company is housed with all the basic conventional machines and even some non conventional m/c like EDM required for a tool room, all the designs were done in autocad as well as pro-e wildfire 2. 

Job Profile: 

Assembly and tryouts of hot runner and cold runner plastic injection moulds. Design reviews & construction reviews for new moulds, Matching & Trouble shooting of moulds, Documentation related to tool room activities and Debugging of moulds after each trial to get desired dimensions on the actual component.
