1.Prepare standard operating procedure for Extrusion Operation, Document preparation for 

safety procedure when operator working on any equipment.

2.Issuing all job binders which is required for production which includes all temp. Settings, 

rpm of extruder, feed rate of feeder, maximum output, whole raw material which is issued 

from ware house and the place it kept, recipe of compounding.

3. Handling 5 no?s of extruder of 40mm dia. ? Century extruder (water ring pelletizer & 

flat die type) 50mm & 80mm dia. - (W & P) , 2nos of 80mm Berstof (Germany).

4.Handling production & online trouble shooting for the grades like Antioxidant, U. V. 

stabilizers, Polymer Processing Aids, Slip agent, Anti static, Anti fogging, Nucleates & 

clarifies, White masterbatch, compacted.

5.Performing all quality tests for all grades Moisture content, Color index, Ash content, 

Melt flow index, Bulk density, F. T. I. R.

6. Working as Environment, health & safety coordinator in plant, attaining monthly safety 

meetings, taking innovative steps to avoid any unsafe conditions related machines which 

may be injured to any operator.
