Cleanroom Project at Khandala- Satara in the year of 20-21.

Blow Moulding project done at Vizag in the year of 20-21.

IML project done at Khandala ? Satara in the year of 21-22

Develop Assembly SPM for PTN & PLG & KHD  



1.PURCHASE OF RAW MATERIAL:

Procurement of raw materials (PPCP, HDPE, LDPE,PET, ACM, Cooper, Insulator etc).

Monitoring the supply of the raw material on time as per the production schedule as per MOU.

Negotiating the contracts for supply of raw material.



2.PURCHASE OF CAPITAL EQUIPMENT (Engineering& Electrical):

Techno- commercial discussions with cross-functional teams

Negotiations for cost, guarantee, after sales services and spares and maintenance, Installation etc.

Procurement scheduling and follow-up and monitoring of delivery, erection, commissioning and payments.



3.PRINTING DEVLOPMENT :

Knowledge of all Type?s of Printing Process, like Dry offset, Screen Print & HTL & IML. Handling the First stage Printing Process to Final Out Put . Develop SPM for HTL as well as DOP . 



4.PURCHASE OF STENLESS STEEL/MS/BRASS:

Purchase of various types of  MS and SS materials like structural, pipes and pipe fittings, plates, etc. of various grades. Purchase of various types of electrical components like  Brass turned components,  etc, 



5.VENDOR MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT

Vendor rating, vendor analysis, vendor rationalization and developing the vendor management



6.ISO: Exposure to implementation of ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000 and cGMP certification.



7.IMPORTS & LOGISTICS :

Handling Imports from order placement to delivery up to the destination   

which includes

Handling Import  orders.

Handling Payments like, LC opening, wire transfers, others.

Handling freight forwarders ? from various ports to India and also cross country like Japan,China,Usa, Singapore, etc

Handling custom clearances ? Air and Sea including clearance of imports  

under concessional duty structures, under Bank Guarantees, under 

bond, Under Advance License, with bond closures, etc. ADC approvals, etc at multiple ports.
