Job profile- 

Manage the all Moulding activity.

Responsible for Daily production planning.

Preparing the monthly report in-house rejection/ rework, & analysis report.

Regular monitoring of departmental objectives.

Responsible for monthly raw material reconciliation.

Responsible for new tool trail.

CAR Raising, Monitoring & Closing.

To do face Internal Process & Product Audits.

To manage a group of Associates, workers & deploy them on

Respective works.

Preparing the calibration plan and conducting the calibration as per the plan.

Maintaining the Moulding records and check sheets.

To maintain 5S & safety (100 %) in the shop floor area.

Display customer complaints or issues on concern line for awareness to Operators.

Ensure availability of finished goods as per the shortage list.

Basic Knowledge of spc.control plan,mould flow analyses
