To Handle the Shift as Production Engineer / shift Engineer / shift leader

Handling of  man power in Proper way

To concern & prepare shift sheidle for manpower.

To Keep Proper house keeping & maintain 5S of own working area.

To Analysis for reducing on rejection, lumps, cycle time, mould change time.

To prepare the First part Approval (FPA) Before continuous Production 

To maintain the production status report.

To handle mold change, m/c maintence, mold maintenance m/c maintenance, mold maintenance

To Ensure conducting  utility-maitenance like as chiller, compressor, humidity fier.

To verify the process monitoring sheet(PMS).

Drawing graph for daily rejection%, lumps, product change.

Dimension measurement of component through gauge& flash

To ensure the complete Quality check of every lot of Dispatch though to FG Quality.

To Ensure the tracebility system and FIFO  in each lot.

To Ensure conducting enternal&external audit.in every dept.

To prepared for corrective & preventive action report  for customer complain.

To Ensure the quality of the product as per customer sartification.
