Handling Of Machine Like Extrusion Blow Moulding & Injection Moulding.

Handling Of Production & Maintenance Work During Shift.

Knowledge Of Working With Machines Like Jagmohan 5ltr To 210 Ltr.

Shift man power deployment.

Oversaw daily operation  of mechanical processes throughout manufacturing plan.

Assessed production cycle for effectiveness and quality performance .

Ensure discipline, housekeeping & safety in shift.

Daily cheek sheet, tracking, improvement, suggestion of every machine.

Preventive maintenance of machine and utility.

Screw compressor, centrifugal compressor, chiller, cooling tower&pump.

Minimize of break down and ensure smooth running of machine.

Part of installation and commissioning of new machine (Jagamohan).

Knowledge of setting profile and parameter of machine
