Prepared all production related report.

Increase the production by maintains the quality. 

Investigation of quality complaints & resolution of the same.

Reduce down gradation and down time.

Ensuring CAPA is updated.

Identifying & implementing quality improvements programmed.

Monitoring in process & final QC activities.

Interaction with production department to deal QC problem & line complaints.

Conducting manufacturing process audits, products audits             

Inspection and testing of incoming raw material including, Master batches as per ASTM test method.

Inspection and testing of process and finished goods by maintaining customer specification strictly.
