Tracking and organize work flow chart and suffer work flow analysis and supporting to that stage

Assit in the development and implementation of process improvements  to reduce labour & operation cost

Supervised the team to ensure the timely completion of the sub contractor job

To organize the assembly of the moulds 

To review the mould trial , get feedback reports and update mould design

To organize the mould correction as per the FSIR report and feed back

Daily meeting with moulding heads and they are facing mould  issues solutions planning
