Responsible for Implementing and maintaining and upgrading the ISO9001 :2015 Quality Management System of the organization in line with standards. 

Responsible for Management review meeting, Planning Internal and Conduct internal audit in organization and acting on nonconformity observed. 

Ensuring Quality of the products and process at all levels starting from Supplier quality to customer end feedback. 

Supplier Visits and problem solving at supplier end 

Supplier quality performance monitoring,rejection analysis. 

Customer complaint handling,problem solving root cause analysis. 

Involved during new product development, ECN, ECR Review and Sample part inspection activity. 

Responsible for Inward inspection of Cutting bending parts, Powder coating, Machining parts, Glass Parts Heaters plastic and rubber parts etc.

Inspecting the components all geometrical dimensions as per drawings. 

Monitoring, planning for calibration of instruments and gauges and their verification. 

Customer complaint handling, root cause analysis CAPA. 

New part development and approval from customer and supplier. 

Preparing MSA, SPC plan & conduct MSA study. 

Handling instrument ? Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauges, Filler Gauge. 

Preparation & updating the Incoming Inspection plans, BOQP, Work instruction, SOP for Inspection. 

Coordinating the incoming activity for GRN clearance on daily basis. Process inspection of plastic parts like GPPS, HIPS, PP parts, Root cause analysis 

Preparing component metallurgical testing plan and verification from third party lab. 

Weekly/monthly tracking, updating, and reporting of the supplier performance report for each sub component supplier and their summary. Present these reports to management as required.
