To set new mould process as per customer and company requirements with proper 

Standardize way. 

Reduce scraps. 

Problem analyzer. 

Shift handling. 

Reduce the cycle time with follow all Quality guidelines and safety guidelines of the mould and machine.

Reduce rejection percentage and increase the OEE.

Maintain 5s & 6s on shop floor.

M/c start up and take action of trouble parts. 

Raw material reconciliation & material handling. ? Ensure production sheet, Purging & Rejection report. 

Daily Rejection data sheet to be updated. 

Daily Material consumed book to be updated. 

Trained the operator for work with all about personal safety, m/c safety & mould safety.
