? Operate the molding machine (Injection molding m/c).

? Mould fitting, Mould change and Mould cleaning as per production schedule.

? Ensuring finished products are ensured by 100% inspection at Quality level

? Maintaining document in production area. 

? Troubles shooting & correcting in Injection Molding. 

? Ensuring 100% Safety in the factory & for safety operation of machines. 

? Attend the line problems & Breakdowns. 

? Monitoring the effectiveness of the corrective action to avoid reoccurrences 

of the problem and to achieve ?0? repeated customer complaint. 

? Customer end rejection daily monitoring and reduce rejection. 

? Processing materials of PC, PP, NYLON.
