Preparation of Annual Budget Plan for Mould spare parts.

Responsible for maintained critical spare parts availability in stocks to reduce major breakdown (Like core & cavity inserts)

To make 5 WHY sheet of each breakdown related to mould & deeply analyze the root cause.

Preparation of all Mould history card to take action against frequent breakdowns Awareness & implementation of 5S & Kaizen

Approval & Trial of new injection moulds & make mould data sheets.

Responsible for resolving all technical problems with the co-operation of the project and design teams.

Preparation of preventive maintenance schedules for Moulds. 

Do necessary major rectification like flash in Article, mold alignment, uniform wall thickness of article or mold flow analysis 

Do necessary modification to improve cycle time in order to increase productivity.

Scheduling of preventive Maintenance of Mold and Tool room M/c.

Attending breakdown and do necessary repair in Mold ie. Polishing, HRS heater replacement and Hydraulic cylinder repair and spotting of mold 

Short Knowledge of Injection Mounding M/c

Responsible for maximizing the performance and profitability against the already agreed targets and control.

Supervise, plan, evaluate and organize the tool room

Lead the team members in positive ways and train them to achieve the high productivity in the most safe and efficient manner. 

To provide time to time training to the employees of tool room for Mould Maintenance & new techniques

Responsible for engineering change notice implementation in Moulds

Responsible for planning & conducting internal & external audits on matters related to the quality system
