Job profile- 

Taking over all activity of plastic molding ?QMS/QA section. and  support to M.R Function and  we are Responsible for Product and Process Quality from Supplier End to Customer End.

Daily morning meeting with Quality team.

Update and maintained the procedure and manual. 

Implementation and follow Quality Management System.

Product, Process & System audit (Internal Audit).

Conduct MRM. 

To do Risk assessment.

Prepare documentations like- OPL, WI?s, Defect Matrix etc.

Preparing departmental objectives. 

Update and maintain documents such as why why analysis, 8D corrective action for concerns  at customer end.

Prepare MIS report on monthly basis.

Statically Process Control (SPC) study.

Measurement System Analysis (MSA)  as per plan.

Responsible for undertaking actions at Final Quality Inspection area

As a leader of Quality Circle team, performing well & helping in reducing PPM level of several parts to target required.

Monitoring & analysis of rejection in house as well as at customer end through 7 QC Tools.

Simulation trial, Validation of process for improve of product quality.

Supplier Interaction & Audit, NPD Related Activity.

New Product development Trial Activity and New part handover activity.

Kai- Zen Implementation & 5 S management.



Measuring instruments skill:-

-DVC (Digital vernier calipers.)

-Micro meter (Ball flat, Ball pin, Flat)

-Filler gauge, Taper scale.

-Hardness tester (Shore-A, Shore-D).

-Radius Gauge, Height gauge.

-Profile projector, Standard pin. Etc.



Technical skills :-

- IATF  16949:2016.

-SPC, MSA, 5S, Seven QC Tools.

-PPAP, APQP, 8D, CAPA, FMEA, 

-Poka-yoke, Kaizen, PDCA Cycle.
