Troubleshooting and problem analyzing of moulds.

Planning for preventive maintenance of moulds.

Online problem-solving. 

Handling of conventional machines. 

Mould assembly, ensuring matching and alignment of mating parts. 

Trail correction, modification and dispatch work. 

Working out quality related issues.



Key responsibilities include:

Planning the mould process.

Matching and fitting the mould child parts.

Inspection of cooling and ejection systems and spotting errors, and follow-up.

Review of the mould designs with the chief designer



Professional Synopsis

1 Overall Three year Five months of experience in mould making and knowledge 

about mould maintenance.

2 Tooling Feasibility studies with design engineers of part details given by customers. 

3 Mould design review for better mould manufacturing process. 

4 Complete mould design studies with respect to machining process, mould assembly 

process &technical issues. 

5 Planning mould machining process, Tooling process according to customer importance 

& critical path method. 

6 Interaction within house tool room & CNC machine shop for Trouble Shooting While mold manufacturing. 

7 Sorting out tooling issues &giving solution to team members

8 Trial attending, interaction with customers & trouble shooting in moulds while trial run. 

9 Part-fitment checking, dimensions checking&modification in moulds.

10 Customer interactions in implementing ECN.

11 Attending Mould buy-off trails &solving final issues of customer for dispatching moulds After trail.

12 Moulds buy off procedure & dispatch.

13 Work in 5-S way in work shop while manufacturing the mould .

14 Installation & commissioning the mould at customer.
