Generation of maximum profitability & ensure getting full production levels simultaneously performing safety, quality.

Complete mold change with in standard mold change time.

Coordination of 5 'S' activities in the shop floor.

Trial of new molds as well as bottles and Jars 

SHIFT handling.

Manpower handling.

Solve quality issues.

Take part in mould maintenance and solving machine problems.

Ensure preventive and schedule maintenance done ascending weakly /monthly/annually in co-ordinate with production and maintenance team.   

Root cause analysis for critical breakdown.  

Material management, making reconciliation report. 

Making audit/ visit successful & documenting preparation like ISO, Customer Audit/visit etc.
