Implementation and maintain Quality Management System as per ISO9001: 2015 standards; Follow cGXP or ISO15378:2017 standards. Basic knowledge of IATF 16949. Prepare and review all specifications and master documents and maintain the same in updated manner.

Trouble shooting, root cause analysis & problem solving by using of quality tools. Conduct OOS & OOT analysis.

Inspection & Release of raw materials, in-process and finished goods. Conduct all applicable functional tests for Aluminium and Laminated collapsible tubes as required by customer and/or as per IS and internal Standard Test Procedures.

Customer complaints investigation (6 step CAPA with why why analysis). 

Internal Audit, handle customer audits, ISO audit; Vendor Audit.

Equipment qualification and validation; process validation;

Change control & deviation control management.
