Company profile-  manufacturer & supplier  of automotive plastics injection moulded parts for MSIL, HONDA,JCB,ASHOKA LEYLANDS ,etc.



Job profile-

All lab setup

Inspection of Inward raw material.

Inspection of outward Material.

Managing lab equipment.

Working with ISO & ASTMD Standard.

Customer rejection (Return) material analysis

Colour matching, & CBC testing of incoming Masterbatch by spectrophotometer & CBC M/C.

To handling daily shifting work and control online process.

Responsible for Testing of all Grades.

Responsible for  Moulding of test specimen .

Online quality control and record any quality issue for immediate rectification.

Online/Batch Testing and Colour matching of Running Grade.

Strictly follow the quality norms/ specification which meet the vendor? requirement.

To maintain daily Production and Quality Report and sharing with Management.

Responsible for Making formulation of all Grades. 

Responsible for making Test Reports, PDI Reports, In process Inspection Reports, Daily Incoming Materials Reports , Finished Good Reports. 



TECHNICAL SKILL

Proficient with Injection Moulding & Extrusion  Machine.

Competent to use robotics workshop conducted by i3indiya technologies.

Plastic testing experiment:  Universal Testing  Machine( Tensile Test, Flexural Test ) ,  MFI , HDT,  Impact Test.

Colour Testing ,  Density Test  .

Filler testing , Moisture Testing.

Knowledge about 5S,kaizen, poka yoke, CAPA,7QC tools 

Knowledge about ,MS word, Excel,  2D&3D AUTOCAD
