I have knowledge of mould change over of injection machine and Double injection unit machine and blow moulding machine and Extrusion melt-blown machine .

I have knowledge of injection molding machines and blow moulding work and all activities.

I used to nd Leasure Welding machine 

I am work on multy cavity hot runner and semi hot runner mould and double injection 

unit machine (k tech) mould and machine. 

I have work with  following plastic material .

HDPE . LDPE . PP  . PC  . PBT/PEbe worked on 250 tons to 1800 tons  injection molding machines made by like - Ferromatic , Haitean , K- Tech and Toshiba .

I used to be worked on Blow  molding (blow mould ) Made by Sopler extrusion blow molding (SEB)in Europe.

I have knowledge of injection molding machines, Blow Molding machines and all accessories and related equipment and  process knowledge .

I have maintained Mould history sheet and mould health metrix, mould change over report mould dispatch report and mould track sheet , Mould break dawn report  , ECN , mould trail report and Kaizen Implement ion  , 5S 

I have knowledge Send blast machines, Lathe, milling and redial drill machines surface grinder.  And wire cut machine and EDM Drill machine and ZNC EDM machine and Vision Measuring Machine (VMM) aT  . ABS  . PMMA.  etc .

I have work with following HRS system in hot runner 

MOULD MASTER AND HUSKY AND YOUDO etc.
