Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned maintenance work. 

Diagnosing breakdown problems & make countermeasure Reports.

Maintain critical spares parts to avoid major breakdown. 

Implement innovative technologies to improve the machine performance. 

Check / Modify the PLC programs & HMl programs.

Maintain all ISO related documents. 

Check equipment?s safety devices to prevent accidents.

Controlling the maintenance manpower for efficient Performance.

Training all subordinates to reduce MTTR.
