Production Engineer

Duties:

Handling shifts individually. 

Responsible for completion of production in time and with acceptable quality. 

Training of workers to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

Analysis of quality defects and takes remedial action for improving quality.

Taking trials of new molds and prepare trial report and ensure appropriate process parameter.

Taking care of secondary operations like finishing, ultrasonic welding, predrying, grinding etc.

Machine handled:

Hwa Chin, L&T, LG, NISSEI, CLF

Material Processed:

PPO, PC, ABS, Nylon 6, Nylon 6 6, PPS, PET, PE, PP, PSU etc.
