Job profile- 

Erode sudden breakdowns, provide appropriate solution and try to get root cause.

Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance like PM, AM, CLTI etc.

Focused on all maintenance parameters like MTTR, MTBF etc.

Managing stokes of supplies and equipment.

Looking for Kaizen to reduce sudden breakdowns and to make work easy. 

Maintain document and use it for further analysis like machine history card, breakdown

report, check do list etc. 

Work as a shift engineer so attend all problem mechanical as well as electrical. 

Learning new machine functioning.

Making check do list of all working machine parts.

Follow all safety rules in working time and also force to do same to associates.

Basic knowledge of IMS (Integrated Management System). 

Maintain 5?S of Maintenance department & involved Kaizen/SGA activity.

To prepare monthly MOM & Plant KPI Report of Maintenance & reporting the same to 

HOD.
