Job profile- 

1.Proficient in injection Molding Simulation (Cool+Fill+Pack+Warp in Mid-plane, Dual Domain & 3D Mesh) using Auto-desk Moldflow Software.

2. Experienced in handling of Polymer materials both Commodity and Engineering Plastics like PP, PP+GF, ABS, ASA, POM, PC ext...,



Responsibilities:

1.Support Plastic Part Design and Development and mold design with help of  Auto-desk Mold-flow injection Molding Simulation.

2. Design for Tooling Feasibility (DFM) & Part Design Optimization via change in part Thickness, Rib adding for War-page issue, relater the part geometry

3. Part Design optimization to reduce War-page to improve strength & stability during New product development.

4.Mold Filling Analysis during Tooling phase- Cool+Fill+pack+Warp.and core shift analysis.

5. Perform Plastic Part Design and Molding Process Optimization using Simulation and optimization techniques like Design of Experiments (DOE), Sequential Valve gate for Weld line issues.

6. Check results based on that I have adjust the molding parameters , to give maximum possibilities of parts via Shear rate, shear stress, shrinkage, War-page, cause of war-page, sink marks weld lines etc.,

7. New mold trial & process Parameter Setting by on hand..

8. Communicate effectively (Written and Verbal) with Global Counterparts i.e design team, materials team, toolmaker, injection Molding team to gather inputs as well as share results.

9. Proactive Knowledge documentation and making analysis reports and sharing.

10.Customer handling for starting mold-flow to after production.
