Shop floor 5S audit and part audit IPO audit IATF 16949 audit

Implement Quality Plan For incoming Part And Out Going Part .

Inspect The Final part (as per Drawing IPO SOP ISO meet for Customer Requirement Quality) PLAN .

Responsibilities ( Drop test . first part approval. Set-up.  All types report)

Knowledge of material ( ABA. UV ABS. PP. PPCP. Apcom. LDPE. HDPE. Nylon PA6)

Knowledge of chemical ( polyol. isocyanate. MDI)

Having testing Knowledge ( injection molding parts. PU foam. All type row material injection molding use to MFI)

Maintain the Baisc Knowledge (ISO, TPM ,5S ,POKE YOKE & KAIZEN ,FIFO ,3M, CAPA, OPL ,CTQ, IPO, SOP, QEHS .PPS JH. PPAP) 

Handel day to day Quality activities as per drawing and customer Requirement .

Responsible for solving daily operational issues man, machine, material method.

Achieving Zero Defects Targets. And control in house rejection                       

To implement and improve Kaizen, 5S, activities on Shop Floor.

Rejection and down time analysis and actions on It using 7QC tools

Maintaining effective Housekeeping in the shop by using 5S systems.
