Job profile- 

? Inspection of Incoming, In-process & Finished goods material.

? Carrying out Calibration of QC equipment as per plan.

? Working with staff to establish procedures, standards, systems, etc.

? Prepare the all document of QC ( SOP,STP and specifications etc

? Handling all activity of DMF Grade products .

? Responsibility of maintaining documentation as per instructed by our 

senior.

? Preparation of COA (Certificate of Analysis) 

? Preparation of Shade Card and Arts Work for Customer Satisfaction.

? Responsible for Line Clearance Report for New Product.



Duties and Responsibilities:-

? Test carried out like GSM, Thickness test. Density and Dimension of 

Product.

? To give Training about identify the defective product.

? Responsibilities of Online QC Inspectors & Pre Dispatches Inspector. 

? Inspecting the in-process product quality.

? Cross check the dispatch products against COA. Also, ensure the COA is 

certified and approved by Manager QA/QC before dispatch of FG.
