Project: Design And Analysis Of Fin For Four Stroke Motorcycle Engine



Review: In this thesis a cylinder fin body for 100cc motorcycle is modelled using parametric software pro/engine .The original model is changed by changing the gomentry of the fin body,distance between the fins and the thickness of the fins. In this thesis thermal analysis is done for three material cast iron,copper,Aluminium  alloy  6082.  In  this  thesis  we  come  observed  that  the Heat flux is more for Aluminium compared to cast iron and copper for which the efficiency of the engine increased.
