Job profile-

SOR/RFQ study for feasibility. 

Study of customer input requirement(CIR). 

Part modeling, surface modeling & sheet metal part modeling, Plastic part design and material study.

System & part level DFMEA.

Engineering Calculation of Wiper motor,dc motor actuators ,gear box assembly ,washer pump etc. 

Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the main assembly drawings, part drawings using GD & T 

application etc. 

Assigned with the responsibilities of taking various testing of Wiper motor & DC motor actuators. 

Resolving the problems in the Shopflooor area by working closely with production team involved in 

assembly and testing areas. 

APQP plan preparation & maintaining. Proto Sample preparation & review.

Concept proposal Design (3D&2D) using CATIA V5,Creo 3.O & AUTO-CAD. 

Drawing review and release, Creating & maintaining project file and documents.

FTG plan preparation & review. 

IATF 16949 design documentation planning & preparation. 

Concept design of the required jig & fixture for assembly line.
