Job profile- 

Coordinate with Product development team and build new moulds, tools and equipment working with 

both local and international vendors. 

Ensure receipt of correct moulds for processes like injection, compression and blow moulding, as per 

requirement and specification. Design fixtures to support the moulding processes in manufacture of the 

product. Fail-safe fixtures in design and set standards for product families.

Check validation activities all types of moulds (TR, RB, PVC, PU, Silicon, EVA) working with

stakeholders including Production and Quality. Flexibility to support multiple projects simultaneously.

Prepare complete and accurate records of assigned project activities as per established guidelines. Schedule 

and organize regular project meetings with management and stakeholders. Publishes timely project 

updates, and follows-up continuously on all open critical path items.

Identify, initiate and implement modifications in new projects to improve productivity and reduce reject 

rates through effective training of production personnel and process enhancements

In charge for Design and Development of moulds (for TPR, PVC, PU, EVA, Rubber) for Injection,

Extrusion and Compression moulding processes.

enhance efficiency and productivity. Conceptualizing & implementing effective strategies for Mould 

expenditure & lead-time.

Mould maintenance and rectifications from local vendors/workshops, and timely delivery for smooth

ACHIEVEMENTS

Developed standards for FLITE brand products specifications and fittings in all categories, with the help of 

Engineering drawings and market feedback, so as to create ease for Plants and other concerned departments for 

better checking of Product. 

Started Silicon / Liquid PVC pouring production process in house after conducting various studies and trials with 

plant support, because machine technicians were unable to visit due to Pandemic. Arranged actual mould 

drawings and plate dimension as per production/plant requirement.

Arranged to develop various measurement tools as well as 3D Dummies from all Chinese vendors, for better 

visualization of concept, before actually start an investment.
