Daily monitoring of Utilization, Efficiency and rejection PPM levels and taking necessary countermeasures whenever required

Involving new expansion plan, layout design, machineries selection, auxiliary equipment

selection, new product development and improvement activities with commercial

finalization and approvals.

Daily and monthly monitoring of supplies also interacts with customer with supply and

quality related issue and improvement activities.

Continuous Improvement activities through regular monitoring of Cycle times and raw

material consumption also involving VA/VE activities

Involving new product development activities in plant and making time plan and

monitor plan vs actual activities.

Deciding on the manpower requirement

Planning Budgeting and Master Production schedule in coordination with raw material

plan and machine scheduling, parameter setting and calibrating for optimal

performance and meeting productivity capacity requirements.

Yearly or monthly raw material and BOP planning and forecasting for procurement of

material and regular follow up.

Gauging Cycle Times and normal production rates to synchronize with industry standards of production

Guiding subordinates in Quality Aspects & Production Rate Training given to all engineer supervisor & associates

Customers handling with quality related issue & improvement activities.

Also involving various activities like, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Problem solving Tool,PEP and

six sigma project for continual improvement.

Also Utilize all Modules of SAP

Making Monthly MIS

Maintain ISO/TS 16949,EMS OHSAS records.
