Job profile- 

To Plan the production according to production plan such that to maximize the production and reduction in manufacturing cost result maximize the profit.

Coordinate of sampling, testing and quality control during production, identify

quality problem, taking corrective action, assuring the quality meets the internal and customer specifications.

Coordinate, organization and control of all production activities within shift,

including the utilities, operation of equipment, quality control and safety, following the procedures, manuals and operating instructions.

Collect all necessary process data and information concerning area of

responsibility, write down and keep update log concerning all the shift events and pass this information with details to the incoming shift.

Together with the maintenance department, is responsible for the coordinate

of all maintenance activities and performance.

Maintain all time working area, production equipment and utilities in adequate

cleaning, taking immediate action in case of any malfunctioning or deviation of standards and housekeeping conditions.

To Supervise the operator, training them regarding Technical Specification of

that machine.

To prepare production report, Supervise Hourly production report and Setup approval as per as ISO.

Participate actively in the continuous improvement teams or other activities directed to process, efficiency, reliability or SHE improvement of the plant.
