Responsible for production of FIBC bags (CFG and NON CFG both) for safe 

packaging of food grade product along with specified environmental condition.

Initiated Goods manufacturing practices in company for packaging of food with proper

hygiene in such drastic conditions for safeguard of peoples.



Production Engineer

Job Profile:

Investigated equipment failure to diagnose faulty operation and made 

appropriate maintenance recommendation in spinning department.

Ensure compliance with product specification and standards requirement.

Perform QC inspection of yarn bobbins and take immediate action to avoid the 

problem if found in the bobbins.

Maintain daily production report and analysis as well as works on ISO-

9001:2008 and ISO- 45001:2018.

Working in DCS system , set all parameter and control the system.

Was also a member of erection team of new spinning plant, and provide 

technical support in the installation of spinning and take up machines.
