Job Profile : 

Responsible technical development of new master-batches (colour, white, additives etc.) using various polymers. 

Work closely with the sales teams to understand customer and market needs and fulfil them for Business

Work with QC, Development, and production Teams for scaling up quality Master-batches. 

Preparing Technical data sheets, shade cards, etc. Providing technical services. 

Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirement, & approving or rejecting the final products.
