Shift meeting with Operators,Engineer ,AM and given the information to operator about the Rejection ,Quality ,Improvement and Audit .

Line handling and m/p deployment at line according to skill.

Planning for achieving daily planned target of production.

Daily production reports preparation & down times analysis .

Hourly production report ,red bin analysis ,Rework.

4m changes (man, machine, method, material).

Line verification sheet (pokayoke,kakotora sheet).

To motivate operators according to quality standards.

To maintain check sheets(Assembly check sheet, Equipment check sheet).



JOB ACHIEVEMENTS: -
