(i) Successfully Installed machineries like, single screw extrude-rs, twin screw extrude-rs? line (TDD 200 & TDD220) and thermo pack boiler etc.

(ii) Handling machineries & maintenance activity of USEON make single screw extrude-rs 

(PVC,XLPE, XLFR,HDPE,LLDPE & HFFR compounds for cable & wires) & twin screw extrude-rs(for PVC,HDPE,LLDPE recycled compounds), Wfh make kneaders, blowers, pumps, reciprocating compressors, cooling towers (125TR) plant capacity 

3000MT/month.

(iii) Handling BUSS kneaders, Grain screw, Turbo dryer, Blowers, Vertical hot dryers, buffer silos & GFK.

(iv) Successfully installed automatic control Con-graph L/M , Bra-bender Op-12 & Op-16(software) For Gravitational feeders, Liquid feeders & volumetric feeders. Still working on OP-12 & OP-16 software updating with the help of bra-bender technology (Duisburg, Germany) using team viewer/any desk.

(v) Implemented project work on Microsoft dynamics NAV 2013 (ERP) software with the team for update production activity. Made root-map for production and other activities.

(vi) Performed work on design software AUTO-CAD & CATIA for maintenance respective. 

(vii) Maintaining all the maintenance schedule for daily, weekly & Monthly basis for utilities(like centrifugal pumps, chillers, reciprocating & Air Compressors etc.) as well as general plant accessories(like Over head cranes, caterpillars, hand pallet trucks etc.).
