1.Coordinating with R&D, Operations department for planning and Organization Production Schedules with target production with quality.

2.Assessing project and resource requirements (workforce, raw materials etc.).

3.Negotiating with vendors for raw material purchase in cheaper rates.

4.Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met at the factory.
